Job Summary

Autism HOPE is seeking a dedicated clinical professional with a bachelor's or master's degree to serve in a dual role, combining direct clinical work with administrative support. This position is ideal for an individual who has experience working with children diagnosed with autism and is eager to contribute both to client care and the efficient operation of an ABA agency.

The clinical component of this role involves providing direct ABA therapy, supporting treatment implementation, and assisting with parent training. The administrative component includes managing documentation, compliance tracking, scheduling, and data entry. Knowledge of IBHS (Intensive Behavioral Health Services) regulations is a plus, as is experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, and data management systems.


Key Responsibilities

Clinical Responsibilities

Implement ABA-based interventions under the supervision of a BCBA.

Work directly with children with autism (ages 2-21) to support skill development and behavior

reduction goals.

Assist in developing and modifying treatment plans based on data collection and progress monitoring.

Provide parent training and coaching as directed by the BCBA.

Ensure compliance with IBHS regulations and treatment plan requirements.

Maintain accurate session notes and progress reports.


Administrative Responsibilities

Assist with scheduling and coordination of client sessions and staff assignments.

Manage and track utilization of services to optimize efficiency and compliance with funding sources.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including authorizations, service logs, and reports.

Maintain compliance with client audit files

Perform data entry and reporting using Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and practice management software.

Support onboarding of new staff, training coordination, and compliance tracking.

Provide customer service and administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Assist in community outreach, marketing efforts, and program development.


Qualifications & Requirements

Education:

Master's degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, Social Work, or a related field.

Licensed Behavior Specialist minimum requirement

Experience:

Minimum 3 year of experience working with children diagnosed with autism in an ABA or behavioral health setting.

Prior administrative or office support experience is a plus.

Familiarity with IBHS regulations and Pennsylvania Medicaid billing is preferred.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail, Calendar) and Microsoft Excel is required.

Experience with electronic health records (EHR) or ABA practice management software preferred.


Soft Skills:

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
