Our client is seeking a Associate Product Manager in Orlando, FL
Role Description
Product Management & Strategy
Support the product vision and roadmap for digital messaging platforms and capabilities across Experiences.
Champion the Guest communication experience by advocating for clear, helpful, and personalized messaging throughout the vacation lifecycle.
Gather and document business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics for new messaging features and enhancements.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering, UX, and Business stakeholders to prioritize backlog items and deliver high-value solutions.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, and retrospectives.
Guest Communication Experience
Help define and optimize digital messaging experiences across:
Mobile App Notifications
Push Notifications
SMS Messaging
Email Communications
In-App Messages
Operational Communications
Ensure messaging experiences are customer-centric, timely, relevant, and aligned with brand standards.
Support initiatives focused on personalization, segmentation, targeting, and communication effectiveness.
Evaluate Guest feedback, operational needs, and business objectives to identify messaging improvement opportunities.
Platform Operations & Delivery
Assist with the execution and maintenance of messaging platform capabilities and configurations.
Partner with Engineering teams to support feature implementation, integration testing, and deployment readiness.
Monitor platform performance, delivery success rates, and messaging health metrics.
Help troubleshoot communication delivery issues and partner with technical teams to resolve operational concerns.
Support release readiness activities and post-launch validation.
Analytics & Optimization
Analyze messaging performance metrics including:
Open Rates
Click Through Rates
Delivery Rates
Engagement Metrics
Conversion Metrics
Guest Satisfaction Indicators
Support A/B testing initiatives to improve effectiveness and Guest engagement.
Leverage data and insights to recommend enhancements to messaging strategies and platform capabilities.
Develop reports and presentations that communicate performance trends and recommendations to stakeholders.
Stakeholder & Partner Management
Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Theme Operations, Marketing, Guest Experience, Customer Care, and Technology teams.
Support communication planning and prioritization activities across multiple business initiatives.
Help coordinate requirements, timelines, risks, and dependencies among cross-functional teams.
Prepare executive-ready documentation, presentations, and status updates.

Skills & Requirements
2-4 years of experience in Product Management, Digital Marketing Technology, Guest Communications, CRM, Messaging Platforms, or related fields.
Experience working with digital communication channels including email, SMS, push notifications, mobile messaging, or customer engagement platforms.
Understanding of customer lifecycle communications and personalized digital experiences.
Experience translating business requirements into user stories and functional requirements.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage data to inform decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with content management, marketing technology, CRM, or messaging platforms.
Bachelor's or 13 years experience
Experience with messaging platforms such as Twilio, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Braze, Airship, Sinch, or similar solutions.
Experience supporting mobile app communication experiences.
Knowledge of customer journey orchestration and personalization strategies.
Familiarity with push notification and SMS delivery ecosystems.
Understanding of theme travel, hospitality or guest experience industries.
Experience with experimentation and A/B testing methodologies.
Knowledge of digital accessibility and communication best practices.
