Job description

This role offers a unique opportunity to support the seamless delivery of high-impact online learning experiences for global audiences in a fully remote, on-demand environment. As a Virtual Producer, you will play a key behind-the-scenes role in ensuring virtual classrooms run smoothly, enabling instructors to focus on teaching while you manage technical execution and participant engagement. You will support live digital sessions, troubleshoot real-time issues, and ensure optimal use of virtual learning tools. The position involves close coordination with facilitators and participants across multiple time zones in a fast-paced and dynamic setting. It is ideal for someone highly organized, calm under pressure, and experienced in virtual classroom environments who enjoys enabling smooth and engaging digital learning experiences.

Accountabilities:
  • Support facilitators in delivering high-quality virtual learning experiences for global participants.
  • Manage the technical execution of live online sessions using video conferencing platforms such as Adobe Connect, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex, or Google Meet.
  • Configure and monitor virtual classroom tools including breakout rooms, polls, screen sharing, and interactive features.
  • Provide real-time technical guidance and troubleshooting support to participants and instructors during live sessions.
  • Ensure smooth session flow by tracking timing, managing transitions, and assisting with engagement activities.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with facilitators and participants to resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Prepare virtual classrooms before sessions and ensure all tools and features are properly configured.
  • Act as the main operational support during live sessions to guarantee a seamless learning experience.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in Arabic (mandatory).
  • 1-3 years of experience supporting virtual classrooms or live online session delivery.
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Connect is highly preferred; familiarity with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex, or Google Meet is an advantage.
  • Proven ability to support facilitators and ensure smooth execution of live online learning sessions.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills in virtual environments and ability to resolve participant issues quickly.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles with strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Ability to remain calm, focused, and effective under pressure in fast-paced live environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and friendly approach.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing live session logistics.
  • Availability to work on an on-demand schedule aligned with session timings (including early morning US Eastern Time hours when required).
