Secretary at District Office
Assist the Director of Multilingual Education
10 month position 
20 hours a week
Pay is $17.50-$18.50 an hour
High School Degree or GED Equivalent Required







QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (some college coursework preferred).
  • Previous experience in an administrative or secretarial role is desirable.
  • Bilingual candidate in Arabic, Spanish, or Polish is desirable
  • Familiarity with Multilingual Programming is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using standard office software and equipment (e.g.,Google platform , Excel, copiers, printers).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • A commitment to promoting inclusivity and supporting the needs of Multilingual students.
  • This is a part-time position, with approximately 20 hours per week. The specific schedule will be determined in consultation with the department supervisor.  Compensation will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
