Job description

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Google Ads Specialist located in Troy, MI. The Google Ads Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns, conducting keyword research, analyzing performance data, and implementing strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.


Qualifications

  • Google Ads Certification(s) strongly preferred
  • Keyword Research and Analysis skills
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Google Ads REQUIRED
  • Understanding of SEO principles and best practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field


Responsibilities

  • Plan, build, and manage high-performing Google Ads campaigns
  • Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience targeting to optimize ad delivery
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports with actionable insights
  • Test ad copy, creatives, bidding strategies, and landing pages to increase CTR and conversions
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices
  • Collaborate with our Salesforce team
  • Manage campaign budgets, pacing, and bid strategies to ensure maximum efficiency
