Description

Titan Brands is seeking a data-driven, growth-minded Paid Media Manager to help scale customer acquisition across multiple consumer brands.This is an opportunity to own campaign execution, influence strategy, and directly impact growth in a fast-moving e-commerce environment. You'll partner closely with marketing, creative, and agency teams while managing meaningful media investment across key acquisition channels.The ideal candidate brings strong platform expertise, analytical rigor, and enjoys turning performance insights into action.This role reports to the Sr. Manager of Paid Media and will play an important role in shaping the next phase of Titan's paid media growth.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management & Optimization

Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.

Manage campaign structure, bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and creative testing.

Identify opportunities to scale high-performing campaigns and improve efficiency across ROAS, CPA, and CAC metrics.

Own and maintain budget trackers to ensure spend aligns with weekly and monthly targets.

Partner with internal stakeholders and agency teams to develop monthly budgets and forecasting projections.

Monitor campaign pacing daily and weekly and make adjustments to achieve revenue and performance goals.

Performance Analytics & Reporting

Analyze performance across GA4, Shopify, and platform reporting to identify trends and growth opportunities.

Leverage Shopify analytics to validate revenue, conversion rates, average order value (AOV), and customer behavior.

Translate performance data into clear, actionable insights for both analytical and non-analytical audiences.

Prepare and support reporting deliverables for leadership and cross-functional teams using Excel and PowerPoint.

Strategy, Collaboration & Growth

Partner with creative and marketing teams to develop campaign concepts and messaging strategies.

Collaborate closely with agency partners to align on strategy, execution, and performance outcomes.

Communicate effectively across teams to align priorities, timelines, and deliverables.

Contribute ideas to improve campaign performance, testing frameworks, and channel expansion initiatives.

Stay current on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging advertising opportunities.

Help shape the future direction of paid media strategy across all brands.


Requirements

Required

2-5+ years of paid media experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads

Experience working within Shopify and understanding e-commerce performance metrics

Strong knowledge of budget pacing, forecasting, and campaign performance analysis

Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint and familiarity with GA4 and attribution frameworks

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication skills and comfort translating data into business decisions

Preferred

Experience with additional channels (Amazon Ads, TikTok, Bing, Programmatic, etc.)

Experience partnering with agencies

Background in e-commerce, DTC, or performance marketing environments
