Our Birmingham shop is seeking a Sales Associate who is passionate about providing an outstanding customer experience by creating a positive, inviting and engaging in-store environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of and passion for the product and will enjoy interacting with customers to present product that will resonate with each individual shopper. Ultimately, through this mastery of product and customer interaction, the sales associate will work to achieve both individual and collective shop sales targets.

Role Responsibilities
  • Deliver top-notch customer service and hospitality to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Develop strong product knowledge to better guide the client through options on the sales floor
  • Work closely with team members to collaborate on sales strategies and techniques to increase sales
  • Collaborate with store director to set, meet & exceed sales goals
  • Drive sales through service & customer relationships
  • Utilize Customer lists & profiles to maintain healthy & genuine connections with our customers
  • Support omni channel initiatives including but not limited to web order fulfillment and email opt in
  • Manage inventory levels on the floor and assist with shipping and receiving of product.
  • Maintain an elevated level of cleanliness and order within the sales floor and stockroom.
  • Operate in compliance with all Billy Reid policies and procedures
  • Complete all daily tasks in a timely manner

  • Retail sales experience, ideally with a luxury retail brand
