Job description

Department: Retail
Reports To: Store Lead / Assistant Store Lead / Retail Supervisor
Job Type: Hourly
Pay: $11/hr
Summary
Help process and sell donated goods in a fast-paced retail store. You'll sort, price, stock merchandise, keep the store clean and organized, and provide great customer service.
What You'll Do
Greet donors and customers; provide friendly, helpful service
Receive and unload donations; provide receipt
Sort and inspect items to determine sellability
Price merchandise and prepare items for the sales floor
Stock shelves, racks, and displays to meet daily goal
Operate the cash register and complete purchases
Keep sales floor, fitting rooms, and work areas clean and organize
Assist with loading/unloading deliveries as needed
What We're Looking For
Strong customer service and communication skills
Reliable, team-oriented, and able to work independently
Basic math skills and comfort using a register
Organized and able to multitask in a busy environment
Retail experience is helpful, but not required
Physical Requirements
Stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
Lift and carry up to 30 lbs regularly
Perform repetitive tasks and use hands/fingers for register and sorting
Work Environment
Retail store setting with moderate noise; active, hands-on role.
Additional Information
Must follow safety procedures, maintain regular attendance, and perform other duties as needed.
