MERS/Missouri Goodwill Industries is looking for an energetic, self-motivated, and professional CDL Truck Driver to join our Transportation team! The ideal candidate will support our mission, "Changing Lives Through the Power of Work!" and embody our core values of diversity, integrity, passion, professionalism, respect, and responsibility.

Qualifications
  • Three to five years Tractor Trailer driving experience. 
  • Ability to operate a truck per motor vehicle operations manual in MO and IL. 
  • Perform heavy manual labor to transport merchandise.
Primary Duties/Responsibilities
  • Transport goods and merchandise between various sites and locations as directed by upper management and transportation supervisor.
  • Maintains vehicles maintenance records and operates vehicles in a courteous and safe manner.
  • Reports any unsafe vehicle conditions to District Manager.
  • Picks up donated materials from households, collection points, or retail/industrial donors and issues receipts when appropriate.
  • Delivers retail shipments / donations to stores and assists in loading/unloading.
  • Maintains delivery receipts in accordance with agency policy.
  • Must observe all safety regulations set by the state, federal government, and the agency.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
