We are looking for friendly Medical Office Specialists who enjoy working with people, staying organized, and being part of a mission-driven healthcare team that serves the community every day. What You'll Do
  • As a Medical Office Specialist, you'll support daily front office operations and ensure a smooth, welcoming experience for every patient.
  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls as needed
  • Schedule appointments accurately and efficiently
  • Verify and update patient information in the medical record
  • Collect co-pays and patient payments
  • Assist patients with payment plan processes
