Tinker Federal Credit Union’s Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) Services department has an immediate opening for a full-time ITM Services Teller! Key Responsibilities

As a ITM Services Teller, you will:

  • Providing a wide variety of TFCU Services to members through virtual channels.
  • Promote credit union products and services using various delivery methods.
  • Assist new and existing members by offering guidance on credit union services and current promotions.
  • Serve as the face of the credit union, greeting and assisting members while following standard operating procedures.
  • Delivering high-quality service through video conferencing and support members with basic account transactions remotely.

Salary Range

This is a non-exempt position. The starting hourly rate is $20.00 per hour; however, actual placement within the range will be determined individually based on your experience relative to organizational needs and internal salary equity.

Schedule

The regular schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, with rotating Saturday shifts from 8:00 AM–12:00 PM. Schedule flexibility is required, as employees will rotate into a closing shift of 9:30 AM–6:30 PM for one week each month.

Qualifications

You must have a high school diploma or equivalent which is required and one-year of applicable work experience in a related position is preferred.

  • Previous Teller/ITM Teller experience from a bank or credit union is preferred
  • Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are strongly encouraged to apply!

Licensing & Certification

  • Incumbent Bonding REQUIRED by TFCU’s chosen authority.
  • TFCU University certification required and completed during training period.
  • Complete and pass regulations training during training period.

Remote Work Opportunities:

  • After completing training, which may take up to 3 months depending on your experience and learning style, you’ll have the opportunity to transition to a hybrid/remote schedule.
  • All necessary computer equipment will be provided to support your remote work setup.
