Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and attentive server to join our team at our location in Mesquite, TX. The successful candidate will be responsible for serving food and drinks to our customers, helping with customer service, and ensuring that our customers have an enjoyable dining experience.

Responsibilities
  • Serve food and drinks to customers
  • Help with customer service, including answering questions and addressing concerns
  • Be flexible and reliable, able to work a variety of shifts as needed
  • Be attentive to customers' needs and requests
  • Be a good communicator, able to effectively communicate with customers and coworkers
  • Have good time management skills, able to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Have a good attitude and be willing to work as part of a team
  • Be able to multitask, handling multiple tables and tasks at once
  • Have a good memory and social awareness, able to remember customer orders and preferences and be aware of customers' needs and moods
Qualifications
  • Prior experience as a server preferred
  • Must have TABC and Food Handler certifications
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must have reliable transportation
