Pauls Auto Restorations of NY Inc. is seeking an experienced Auto Parts Specialist with extensive knowledge of 1960s1970s GM, Ford, Chrysler, and Classic Ford Bronco parts.
Seeking highly organized professional who understands both OEM restoration components and modern performance upgrades.
This position is responsible for managing parts sourcing, inventory organization, and online parts sales from our large inventory of OEM, NOS, reproduction, aftermarket performance, and vintage used parts.

Responsibilities
Source and order OEM, reproduction, and aftermarket parts for classic restorations and custom builds
Extensive knowledge of 60s70s GM, Ford, Chrysler, and Classic Ford Bronco vehicles
Manage relationships with restoration and performance parts vendors
Maintain and organize a large inventory of NOS, reproduction, and used classic car parts
Support technicians by researching and sourcing parts for restoration projects
Manage ordering of aftermarket speed and performance parts including suspension, brakes, engines, drivetrain, and electrical systems
Organize and catalog containers of classic parts for swap meets and shop sales
Photograph and list parts for eBay and online marketplace sales
Prepare parts inventory for Cars & Coffee events and swap meets
Track backorders and delivery timelines to keep projects moving efficiently
Label, organize, and store customer vehicle parts during restorations
Maintain hardware, fasteners, and shop supply inventory
Work closely with technicians, service writers, and shop management

Ideal Candidate
Strong knowledge of 1960s1970s GM, Ford, Chrysler muscle cars and Classic Ford Broncos
Familiar with Bronco restoration and aftermarket Bronco components
Strong understanding of aftermarket speed and performance parts
Experience sourcing parts through major restoration suppliers
Comfortable selling parts through eBay and online marketplaces
Highly organized with strong inventory management skills
Self-starter with excellent attention to detail
Passion for classic vehicles, muscle cars, and 4x4 builds

Preferred Experience
Experience working in a restoration, hot rod, or performance shop
