Laboratory Technician I 2nd Shift

Department: Laboratory Analytical Services
Status: Hourly / Non-Exempt
Reports to: Laboratory Supervisor

What You’ll Do

As a Lab Tech I, you’ll jump into hands-on lab work that keeps things moving:

  • Run chemical tests that help keep the lights on (literally).

  • Record results and enter data with accuracy.

  • Follow safety procedures (we’ll train you).

  • Work with a supportive team that values quality and fun.

  • Tackle other lab duties as they come up.


What We’re Looking For
  • High School Diploma or GED (chemistry - Science coursework ).

  • 1–2 years of lab experience, but we’ll train motivated learners.

  • Basic computer skills (Excel, Outlook, data entry).

  • Reliable, team-oriented, and ready to roll up your sleeves.

  • Interest in learning tests like Liquid Screen, Karl Fischer, Power Factor, or FTIR.
