ESPN Cleveland Fall 2026 Internship

Good Karma Brands & ESPN Cleveland are currently recruiting college students for the Fall 2026 Semester. This is a part-time paid internship that will provide an excellent opportunity for students to learn more about sport marketing and media.

The ideal candidate will be an organized self-starter who is interested in hands-on experience in the areas of new business development, promotional event marketing and sports content creation.

GKB is a media and marketing company with expertise in leveraging the power of national and local sports and news to build brands and connect with fans through audio, video, digital and events. Daily Responsibilities of an intern:

  • Take initiative to learn all aspects of the business, ideally becoming competent in marketing execution, the GKB partner acquisition process and GKB’s content creation strategies and best practices (on-air and online)
  • Assist with event planning, set-up and execution and event breakdown
  • Engage and interact with local partners and fans during events
  • Other assigned tasks
  • Be a GKB ambassador by adhering to the GKB core values: Be Honest, Work Hard, Over Deliver, Listen, Teamwork and Follow Through.

Hours and Pay

This internship is approximately 15–20 hours/week from September to December 2026. Interns are paid $11.00 an hour and will gain experience in marketing, sales, and content.
