  • Communicate promotions and wash package details effectively.
  • Recognize guests' needs and proactively address needs through conversations.
  • Process point-of-sale purchases.
  • Know, understand, and use your site's data to make good decisions and recommendations for customer service strategies and for managing your weekly schedule to achieve sales goals.
  • Make good decisions to prevent and resolve issues quickly and appropriately.
  • Perform other customer, team, and carwash site care duties, as requested from time to time.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
