Job description

TaylorMade Golf is seeking a highly creative Graphic Designer to visualize original graphic design work across golf accessories, packaging, and soft and hard goods products, then execute the technical files needed for vendor development. This role demands a high level of detail and technical precision, delivered in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities:
  • Visualize and design original graphic concepts for golf accessories, packaging, and soft and hard goods products.
  • Design and develop original logos, brand marks, and identity guidelines.
  • Concept and create graphic designs for golf ball packaging.
  • Execute detailed, production-ready technical files and tech packs for vendor development.
  • Partner with hard goods, soft goods, and accessories teams to ensure design intent translates accurately to manufacturing.
  • Research and ideate creative concepts for Ecommerce and accessories projects.
  • Performs other related duties and assignments as required.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat, with the ability to learn new industry-standard software.
  • Strong illustrative ability with a keen sense of color, visual layout, and typography.
  • Ability to translate creative concepts into precise, production-ready technical files and tech packs.
  • Understanding of materials, fabrics, and textures as they apply to soft goods execution.
  • Clear communicator who collaborates effectively with peers and cross-functional teams, and is receptive to constructive feedback.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a consistent ability to meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects at once in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Passion for and knowledge of golf preferred, but not required.
  • Familiarity with KeyShot rendering a plus.
  • Familiarity with project management software such as ClickUp, Ziflow, Asana, or Monday.com.

Education, Work Experience, and Professional Certifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a similar field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Graphic Design or a related field.

Work Environment / Physical Requirements:
  • Normal office conditions with extensive computer and phone usage.
  • Ability to work extended hours as necessary.
  • Able to work efficiently and accurately in an atmosphere of frequent interruption.
  • Light physical effort equal to frequent lifting or moving of lightweight materials.
  • Frequent travel may be required - Availability to travel internationally to factories in Asia at least once per year.

TaylorMade is a performance driven organization and our total rewards approach to compensation is designed to support this. We consider many factors in determining base compensation, including position scope, job related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location. The expected annual base pay range for this position is $73,000 - $85,000. Additional benefits, such as health & wellness, performance bonuses, product discounts, holidays, paid time off, etc. may also be offered in accordance with our plans.
