What is a golf shop employee?

Golf Shop employees are staff members who work in the retail area of a golf facility, such as a golf course or country club. Their duties typically include assisting customers with purchasing golf equipment, apparel, and accessories, handling reservations and tee times, providing information about the course, and ensuring the shop is organized and stocked. They play a key role in delivering excellent customer service to golfers and visitors. In some cases, Golf Shop staff may also assist with tournament registrations and sales of memberships or lessons. Their knowledge of golf products and the sport itself helps customers make informed decisions.

What are the typical daily responsibilities of a golf shop employee?
