Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist the Management and daily operations of the Golf Shop, Guest Services, and the Driving Range.

Support objectives, policies, programs, and fiscal practices of golf operations are implemented, administered, and maintained.

Perform and manage all required opening & closing procedures and security of the owner's assets.

Support company policies for employee and customer safety.

Perform other duties as requested by the Golf Shop Manager and Regional General Manager.

Must be 18 years or older, golf course experience preferred.

Must be able to work weekends and Holidays

Customer service experience required

Cash handling experience required

Punctual and reliable

Exceptional grooming habits, maintaining a clean and complete uniform as designated by Management

Required to be available for work on all major holidays and weekends.

Make sure all areas of the shop are clean and always stocked with necessary products

Provide exceptional customer service. Ensure that all arriving and departing guests are properly greeted, that questions are answered, that directions are given, and that they are thanked for visiting the facility

Manage and maintain the tee sheet, checking players in for their times, and assist with booking future tee times

Constant communication with the Starter/Greeter, Golf Shop Manager, Cart Attendants, and Players

Keep all areas clean and well organized.

Complete state-mandated RBS certification for safe alcoholic beverage sales and service (canned beer, etc.)Â
