About the Role
As a Golf Pro Shop / Retail Attendant, you'll be the friendly face that welcomes golfers and resort guests into our Pro Shop. Whether you're helping guests find the perfect golf apparel, checking in players for their tee times, or sharing information about the resort, you'll help create an exceptional experience from the moment they arrive.
What You'll Do
  • Welcome guests with genuine hospitality and professional service.
  • Assist customers with golf apparel, equipment, accessories, and merchandise purchases.
  • Process retail sales accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
  • Answer phones, book tee times, and assist with golf reservations.
  • Keep the Pro Shop clean, organized, attractive, and fully stocked.
  • Provide information about the golf course, tournaments, resort amenities, and local attractions.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking merchandise.
  • Support daily golf operations while maintaining the highest standards of guest service.
  • Work collaboratively with the golf operations team to ensure a seamless guest experience.
