What is a golf pro manager?

A Golf Pro Manager, also known as a Head Golf Professional or Golf Operations Manager, is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a golf course or golf club. Their duties include managing staff, organizing tournaments, providing golf instruction, and ensuring an excellent experience for members and guests. They may also handle inventory for the pro shop, maintain course standards, and coordinate with groundskeeping and hospitality teams. Typically, Golf Pro Managers are experienced golf professionals with strong leadership and customer service skills.

About Spiceology

Spiceology is the fastest-growing private spice company in the US, recently named to both the Inc 5000 and Entrepreneur 360 fastest-growing company lists. We market and sell over 200 innovative blends and spices to both consumers and chefs, with rapidly growing market share in both the B2B and DTC segments. Chefs fall in love with Spiceology because our packaging helps them organize and beautify their kitchens - but they buy from us because our fresh spices are far superior to the tired old ingredients they're used to buying "off the truck." Thousands of restaurants - standalone establishments, hotels, casinos, universities, golf courses, and more - partner with Spiceology to deliver the highest-quality food to their patrons. Consumers love our creative blends, recipe inspiration, and innovations in flavor.

Who Thrives on Our Team

If you show up every day ready to contribute, bring a great attitude, and take satisfaction in doing the job right and doing it efficiently, you'll fit right in.

This role is dynamic: depending on the needs of the organization, it may involve both production and fulfillment work - so variety is part of the job.
