Seasonal Outside Golf Operations.
About the Job:
The Outside Golf Operations Team at Glen Oaks Country Club is responsible for creating an exceptional experience at Glen Oaks by:
  • Monitoring time par and enforcing pace of play policies.
  • Communicating with The Professional Staff with group times, where groups are and adhering to issues that arise.
  • Continuously working through the golf course to be visible, and monitor all groups' pace of play.
  • Maintaining the stock of the comfort stations and sand stations.
  • Assist in outing setup as needed.
  • Work with The Professional Staff on tracking the Pace of Play.
  • Member service and Member relations.
  • Cart staging, cleaning, and Cart barn organization.
  • Range management and picking of range balls.

This is an hourly compensation position, where candidates for this position must have exceptional communication and time management skills. Seasonal Start date. The normal work schedule would be 2 - 3 days per week but is negotiable.
