Job Summary:
The employee is responsible for daily maintenance and upkeep of specific golf holes under the direction of the Superintendent and assistant superintendents. Duties may include mowing greens and tees, fixing tee areas, upkeep of greens, raking sand traps, trimming/flymowing, general landscaping, debris cleanup and some project work. No experience is required.

Job Specifications:

  • Starting Wage: $20.00/hr - $22.92/hr
  • Employment Type: Summer Seasonal 2026
  • Shift Type: Full Time and Part Time hours available
  • Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform physically active work regarding daily mowing, maintenance and upkeep of greens, tees and bunkers
  • Arrive on time and ready to work for each schedule shift
  • Must be able to follow directions with close attention to details
  • Must enjoy working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
  • Applicants should be comfortable working with power equipment and hand tools

Job Requirements:

  • Must speak and understand English 
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lb

The expected pay range is $20.00/hr - $22.92/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
