Job description

We are looking for enthusiastic Beverage Cart & On Course Attendants to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. Friendly and engaging Beverage Cart & On Course Attendants are an integral part to making the Davenport Country Club one of the premier golf courses in the state. Great position for student, offering flexibility in hours!

Job Type: Full-time or part-time

Pay: From $11.50 per hour plus tips

Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
  • Monitors guest needs on a continual basis ensuring all requests will be promptly fulfilled.
  • Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
  • Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
  • Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
  • Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
  • Restock and replenish inventory and supplies
  • Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
  • Comply with all food and beverage regulations
  • Maneuver beverage cart around course following proper golf course etiquette.

Job Skills/Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license.
  • 1 year of experience the hospitality field.
  • Knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
  • Computer literacy
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to keep area organized, stocked and clean
  • Availability weekends, and major holidays.
  • Ability to lift/carry server trays. (˜30lbs)
