Pay varies by position and is based on multiple factors including labor market data and, depending on position, may include education, work experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, and/or certifications. Additionally, Sportech takes into account the internal equity of current employees when considering compensation. Sportech's reasonable and good-faith estimate for new hire compensation at the time of posting for this position is $33.00 - $35.00 per hour. The $33.00 - $35.00 per hour includes a $30.00 - $32.00 base hourly rate plus a $3.00 per hour shift differential for working weekend shift. Pay may also include variable compensation from time to time such as overtime for non-exempt positions, shift differential for specific shifts, and/or bonus targets (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
Job Summary
Drives vehicle with a gross combination weight rating over 26,000 pounds in transporting materials, equipment, finished product, and personnel usually on short trips. Loads and unloads materials as required. May perform in-plant duties as time permits.
Essential Job Functions
• Performs routine maintenance and services equipment as needed
• Inspects truck before and after trips
• Loads and unloads trucks
• Drives truck applying knowledge of commercial driving regulations to transport and deliver products
• Maneuvers truck into loading and unloading position
• Maneuvers, navigates or drives vehicles or mechanized equipment such as forklifts, motorcycles, snowmobiles, and trucks
• Maintains driver log according to regulations
• Perform receiving verification counts
• Places raw material in designated staging locations
• Pulls raw materials according to job pick lists and driver schedules
• Assists in the training of staff in the method of truck driving requirements
• Accurately verify all goods and information received against purchase orders, customer returns authorization, etc
• Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
• Requires CDL Class A driver's license
• Forklift training and certification required
• Ability to lift and perform other physically demanding tasks associated with material handling and receiving

• Must be able to successfully pass and maintain DOT physical
