Landscape Workers
Automation Personnel Services is looking for Landscape Workers for a company based in Hoover, AL. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and take pride in maintaining beautiful landscapes.

Pay Rate
$16.00 per hour

Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 6:00am-3:30/4pm Some overtime possible on Saturdays


Landscape Workers- Duties and Responsibilities
  • Trim and cut back overgrowth to maintain course appearance.
  • Lay pine straw and assist with general landscaping duties.
  • Maintain sand traps, including digging, leveling, and upkeep.
  • Perform groundskeeping tasks around golf course and club house areas.
  • Operate basic landscaping tools and equipment safely.
  • Work independently while managing time effectively to complete assigned tasks.
  • Ensure all work areas are kept clean, organized, and visually appealing.
Landscape Workers- Qualifications and Requirements
  • Strong work ethic with a self- motivated attitude.
  • Ability to work 8–10-hour shifts in various weather conditions.
  • Ability to work alone or as part of a team.
  • Previous landscaping or golf course maintenance experience is a plus but not required.
  • Dependable, punctual, and consistent attendance a must.
  • Ability to perform physical labor includes bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed.
