About the Role:
GlenLakes Golf Club Inc is looking for a personable Golf Shop Associate to join our team in Foley, AL! This position reports to the GM
Family Golf membership and pool membership included. Work minimum of 30-32 Hours per week.
Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist golfers with merchandise selection, tee time bookings, and general inquiries
  • Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing pro shop floor
  • Manage inventory, restock merchandise, and assist with product displays
  • Coordinate tee sheet management and communicate course conditions to guests
  • Assist with golf club rentals, cart assignments, and equipment handling
  • Support golf events, tournaments, and outings as needed
Requirements:
  • Previous retail, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred
  • Knowledge of golf, golf equipment, and golf course operations is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and early mornings
  • Basic math and cash-handling skills required
