Job description

The Golf Course Maintenance role is a year-round position responsible for preserving the quality and appearance of the golf course grounds. Reporting directly to the Golf Course Manager, this role works within a medium-sized team (6-15 members) to deliver meticulous turf care, landscape upkeep, and soil maintenance using a combination of manual and motorized equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform turf care to maintain healthy and playable grass surfaces
  • Operate both manual and motorized equipment safely and efficiently
  • Implement landscaping and soil maintenance tasks to support course aesthetics
  • Maintain equipment to ensure operational reliability
  • Support facility upkeep to meet quality standards

Preferred Qualifications

  • Entry-level experience in grounds maintenance
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of turf management and irrigation systems
  • Familiarity with equipment operation and soil analysis
