Job description

Enger Park Golf Course is hiring greenskeepers for the upcoming 2026 season. The greenskeeper is a key member of the golf course maintenance team and is responsible for landscaping and maintenance on the golf course. Ideal candidates have a passion for landscaping and the game of golf. Beginner greenskeepers are welcome- while knowledge of grounds maintenance is preferred, previous experience is not required for the position. Part-time and full-time seasonal positions are available.
Pay Range: Starting at $16/hr
Responsibilities:
• Maintain clean work areas on the golf course and maintenance facility
• Helps with the daily set-up of the golf course
• Mows greens, approaches, fairways, rough, tees, and other areas
• Rakes and maintains sand bunkers
• Assists in turf maintenance practices such as aerifying, topdressing, and seeding
• Preforms general landscape maintenance using handheld tools
Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skill Requirements:
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions
• A valid driver's license
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team
• Commitment to safety procedures and environmental best practices
