Description:Job Title: Golf Outside Services Position Summary:
The Golf Cart Attendant is responsible for the daily management, cleanliness, and organization of the golf cart fleet. This role ensures carts are clean, fully fueled, and ready for member and guest use while providing excellent customer service.Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and sanitize golf carts after each use (remove trash, wipe surfaces, wash exterior)
  • Stage carts in an organized and presentable manner for daily play
  • Ensure carts are fully fueled and ready for use
  • Monitor cart usage and maintain proper rotation of the fleet
  • Inspect carts for damage or maintenance issues and report concerns promptly
  • Assist golfers with loading/unloading bags onto carts
  • Provide basic information and directions to guests and members
  • Maintain cleanliness of cart storage areas and surrounding facilities
  • Maintain the range and practice facilities
Qualifications:
  • Previous golf course or customer service experience preferred, but not required
  • Friendly, professional demeanor with strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to lift golf bags (up to 40–50 lbs)
  • Reliable and punctual
Work Environment:
