The Country Club of Rochester is a prestigious Platinum Club of America and one of the country's oldest clubs with deep roots in the community.
This is a great chance to be part of a devoted team who takes pride in providing excellent service. We are seeking qualified and dedicated individuals to fill the Server Position!
Job Summary:
Under the general guidance and supervision of the Senior Food & Beverage Manager and Clubhouse Manager, the Server is responsible for the overall execution of the member and guest experience while dining at the Club.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Greeting members and guests by name when possible
- Providing a welcoming environment to members and guests while dining at the Club
- Taking orders, presenting, and explaining specials, offering information, and making suggestions about the menu
- Ensuring prompt and courteous attention to member and guest needs while providing superb overall customer service
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment, working with team members when necessary
- Performs other duties as directed by Senior Food & Beverage Manager
- Must have weekday and weekend availability.
