TrackMan technology, and we are in the process of expanding our golf footprint to include additional TrackMan bays and a PutView putting system. The Director of Golf will play a

central role in that expansion and in shaping the long-term direction of the golf program. This individual will have overall responsibility for golf operations, programming, instruction,

member engagement, events, retail inventory, and the continued growth of Hell’s Kitchen Golf

Club. The role will also oversee the club’s broader pro shop operation, including both golf and pickleball merchandise and equipment.

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who combines strong golf knowledge with hospitality, programming, operations, and an entrepreneurial mindset.

industry.

 Experience with TrackMan or comparable golf simulator and launch-monitor technology

strongly preferred.

 Familiarity with PutView or other putting-analysis technology is a plus.

 Previous experience in golf operations, private clubs, golf instruction, indoor golf

facilities, resorts, hospitality, or related environments preferred.

 PGA membership or PGA Associate status is preferred but not required for the right

candidate.

 Experience managing retail or pro shop inventory is strongly preferred.

 Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop genuine relationships with

members.

team.

programming and club needs.

private club environment.

 Familiarity with pickleball is helpful but not required.

comfortable helping a new golfer hit their first shots on TrackMan, discussing launch conditions

with a low-handicap player, running a tournament, developing putting programming around

PutView, managing pro shop inventory, coordinating a corporate event, and planning the next

phase of the club’s golf expansion.
