Position Details
Status: Full-Time, Year-Round
Schedule: Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Compensation: $22.00 - $26.00
What You'll Do
• Prepare and execute high-quality dishes with consistency and attention to detail.
• Lead a designated kitchen station or assist in overseeing multiple culinary operations depending on experience.
• Support daily service while maintaining Oak Hill's exceptional culinary standards.
• Assist with menu execution, recipe consistency, food presentation, and quality control.
• Help train, mentor, and develop line cooks and junior culinary staff.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient kitchen environment.
• Support inventory management, ordering, food cost awareness, and waste reduction.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Chef de Cuisine to continually elevate the member dining experience.
• Contribute ideas, creativity, and professionalism that strengthen our culinary team.
