What You'll Do

Club Champion is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Master Club Builder to own the end-to-end golf club building process. This role is critical to delivering premium, tour-quality products to our customers. You’ll be responsible for building 80–100+ clubs per day while maintaining a high standard of precision and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own all aspects of golf club assembly and disassembly
  • Review sales orders and build sheets for accuracy
  • Verify correct components prior to assembly
  • Perform shaft tip trimming to specification
  • Install club heads aligned with PURE line
  • Attach and align grips properly
  • Adjust swing weight to required specs
  • Bend clubs to adjust loft and lie angles
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation
  • Meet production and quality KPIs after ramp-up period
Tools & Equipment Used
  • Vice and clamps

  • Butane torch / heat gun

Qualifications

The hourly rate for this role is $18.00 - $19.00 per hour. This is the lowest to highest hourly rate we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive package of benefits including; paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and life insurance to eligible employees.
