Job Title: Go-To-Market Lead - AI Product Manager
Location: Charlotte, NC (Onsite)
Job Type: Contract
Experience: 4+ years in AI; 3+ years in GTM, technical product, or forward-deployed engineering roles
Job Overview
Our client is seeking a highly technical, product-oriented, and customer-focused individual to drive adoption and delivery of Generative AI and agentic AI capabilities across the enterprise. This role blends Go-To-Market leadership with forward-deployed engineering - you'll work directly with business teams to prototype, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions in real-world workflows.
Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute GTM strategies for enterprise AI platforms with emphasis on LLMs, agentic systems, and composable AI
  • Drive adoption of APIs, agent frameworks, orchestration layers, and developer tools
  • Partner with business and engineering teams to design, prototype, and deploy GenAI/agentic solutions
  • Build hands-on demos, reference implementations, and rapid prototypes
  • Translate business problems into GenAI/agentic solution architectures using RAG, tool use, multi-agent orchestration, and memory frameworks
  • Establish feedback loops with end users to shape platform roadmap
  • Ensure adherence to responsible AI principles, model governance, and regulatory requirements
Required Skills
  • Generative AI, LLMs, and agentic system design
  • RAG architecture, embeddings, and vector search
  • Cloud platforms: GCP or Azure
  • Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes / OpenShift
  • Strong programming skills and API experience
  • GTM strategy and technical product leadership
