Shifts vary between 5:00 AM โ 7:00 PM | Weekend Rotation | Overtime Available

Weโre looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish), people-loving, high-energy Recruiter to join our staffing team. If youโre motivated, great with people, and donโt mind an early morning or two, this could be a great fit.
What Youโll Be Doing:
- Source, recruit, and onboard candidates for a variety of job assignments
- Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews
- Help new hires get started (paperwork, orientations, onboarding)
- Schedule and dispatch employees to job sites
- Provide top-tier support to both clients and employees
- Assist with employee transportation when needed
- Jump into hiring events and job fairs to grow the talent pool
What Weโre Looking For:
- Fluent in English & Spanish (required)
- Energetic, outgoing, and comfortable talking to new people all day
- Reliable with a valid CA driverโs license + personal vehicle
- Flexible schedule (early mornings, evenings, and rotating weekends)
- Team-first mindset with a โfigure it out and get it doneโ attitude
