As an LTL Logistics Coordinator, you're the heartbeat of shipment execution. You're confirming rates, tendering freight, tracking shipments, and solving problems before they ever become problems. You don't wait for issues to surface - you anticipate them, attack them, and keep customers confident every step of the way.
This isn't just data entry. This is relationship-building. It's strategy. It's execution. It's making sure every LTL shipment gets where it needs to go - at the right price, on the right timeline, with the right carrier.

You might be a strong fit if you:
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and can manage high shipment volume with urgency
  • Have at least 1 year of LTL transportation or logistics experience (preferred)
  • Are comfortable confirming carrier rates and disputing exceptions
  • Can confidently schedule, tender, and track shipments daily
  • Take initiative to identify operational discrepancies and solve them quickly
  • Are highly organized, detail-oriented, and strong with time management
  • Have solid computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Enjoy auditing invoices and digging into details to resolve discrepancies

What You'll Be Responsible For:
  • Confirming LTL carrier rates and resolving pricing discrepancies
  • Tendering and scheduling shipments with approved carriers
  • Managing daily shipment coordination and tracking
  • Proactively solving operational issues
  • Maintaining strong customer and carrier relationships
  • Responding promptly to emails, calls, and inquiries
  • Supporting special projects and additional duties as assigned
