Job Purpose: Provide a safe and enjoyable guest experience by assisting with track and ride operations, supporting daily activities, and maintaining a clean and organized environment while following all safety guidelines, policies, and procedures.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Park-Wide Related Duties:
- Provide a positive first impression by welcoming guests and maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor
- Support overall park operations by maintaining awareness of guest needs and operational flow
- Communicate guest concerns, safety concerns, or operational issues to leadership as appropriateย ย
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and standards at all timesย ย
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Department-Specific Duties:
- Assist guests with ride instructions, safety procedures, and general ride participation
- Operate and monitor go-karts and rides in accordance with all safety guidelinesย ย ย ย ย ย ย
- Assist guests with loading and unloading and ensure proper restraint and positioningย ย ย ย ย
- Communicate and enforce ride safety guidelines, including height and safety requirements
- Perform ride and track inspections and complete required documentation for opening and closingย ย ย ย ย ย ย
- Respond quickly and safely to ride malfunctions, spinouts, or operational issues and report concerns to leadershipย ย ย ย ย ย ย
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of track areas, ride areas, and surrounding environmentsย ย ย ย ย
- Refuel go-karts and handle equipment in accordance with safety proceduresย ย ย ย ย ย ย
