Sales Associate - GNC Retail Store

Position Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our GNC retail team. In this role, you will provide expert product guidance, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive sales in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Knowledge: Educate customers about vitamins, supplements, sports nutrition, and wellness products
  • Customer Service: Greet, engage, and assist customers with product selection based on their health goals and needs
  • Sales: Process transactions using point-of-sale systems; meet or exceed sales targets
  • Store Operations: Maintain store cleanliness, organize merchandise, stock shelves, and manage inventory
  • Product Recommendations: Suggest products based on customer needs, preferences, and budget
  • Program Enrollment: Inform customers about GNC loyalty programs and sign up new members
  • Cash Handling: Accurately manage cash drawer and payment processing
  • Team Support: Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
