Content, Creator and Partnerships Lead, House of Atlas

Athena Club

New York, NY

Full-time

Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement

Job description

The Role

This role is with House of Atlas, a men's grooming brand that operates as a standalone business within Athena Club Holdings. House of Atlas is built on elevated fragrance and high-performance formulations, and is currently in its build phase, being developed from the ground up with the backing of Athena Club's existing distribution, infrastructure, and resources.

We are looking for people who have built before and do not need to be told how. Fast-moving, full ownership, no layers between you and the work. This is a rare chance to build something from the ground up inside a business that already has the distribution, the budget, and the runway to do it properly.

The Content, Creator & Partnerships Lead is a founding team role, building the ambassador ecosystem, affiliate commerce architecture, organic social program, and paid content engine from scratch. Reporting directly to the GM, you will own the full content and creator mandate across organic and paid, with no existing program to inherit and full creative authority from day one. Strategic and hands-on in equal measure.
Location

New York, NY (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Build and run the ambassador and influencer program from scratch, with TikTok and Instagram as the primary channels
  • Develop the TikTok Shop affiliate architecture: creator recruitment, brief development, payout structures, and performance tracking
  • Write product-first, brand-voice-aligned content briefs that scale across creator tiers
  • Scout, recruit, and manage an ongoing roster of creators who fit the Atlas man, not just reach targets
  • Own Atlas's organic social channels: voice, cadence, posting, and community management
  • Build the content library: UGC, original shoots, and creator-sourced assets that can be repurposed across paid and owned channels
  • Manage brand and media partnerships across podcasts, newsletters, and adjacent brands
  • Coordinate with the in-house and freelance design team to keep creative consistent across all channels
  • Own paid social content strategy and campaign management across Meta and TikTok: briefing creative, testing formats, and optimizing based on performance
  • Build and manage the UGC pipeline that feeds paid: creator content repurposed into ads, tested systematically, and scaled on what works
  • Track program performance across EMV, UGC volume, affiliate revenue, and creator-attributed conversion
  • Report weekly on content and creator performance to the GM
       Instagram and TikTok
  • Instagram and TikTok are the two channels that matter most for this role. On Instagram, you understand the difference between content that builds the brand and content that fills a grid. You know what a Reel needs to do in the first two seconds and how to build a visual language that stays consistent across formats. On TikTok, you know how to write a brief that gives a creator room to be themselves while keeping the product and brand voice intact. You have watched enough men's content to know what lands and what feels like a brand trying too hard. You are not starting from a template. You are building the playbook.
Requirements
  • 3 to 5 years at a brand in creator, social, or influencer marketing
  • Has built a creator program with measurable outcomes: EMV, UGC volume, and attributed revenue, not just managed a roster
  • TikTok Shop experience or a deep working knowledge of how affiliate commerce compounds over time
  • Has measured creator ROI beyond impressions: repeat purchase lift, EMV per creator, and conversion contribution
  • Has a genuine and specific point of view on what men's content should look like in 2026
  • Experience running paid social campaigns on Meta and TikTok: knows how to brief for performance, read results, and iterate fast
  • Experienced working across creator tiers, micro, mid, and macro, with differentiated briefs and KPIs for each

  • Life + Disability
