Job description

This Role

Full P&L responsibility for Albany location. You run the business. We provide systems, support when requested, and stay out of your way when operations are performing.

Advancement Reality

Current promotion track: GM to Area Coach typically occurs within 2-3 years for strong performers. Area Coach salary range $70K-$90K. Three current Directors of Operations promoted from GM within our system. VP of Operations started as GM in 2018.

Compensation Structure

  • Base: $59K-$65K depending on experience
  • Monthly performance bonus: $953-$1,213 based on unit volume and operational metrics
  • Realistic total compensation for competent operators: $71K-$80K annually
  • Benefits: Medical/dental/vision, 401k with 4% match, 15 days PTO, $5,200 tuition reimbursement

Requirements

3-5 years QSR management with documented P&L results.

Local Oregon candidates only. No relocation assistance offered.
