What You'll Do
As a GM Master Technician, you'll serve as a technical leader within our service department by:
  • Diagnosing and repairing complex mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns
  • Performing advanced diagnostics on engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, and HVAC systems
  • Utilizing GM diagnostic equipment and repair procedures
  • Completing customer-pay and warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications
  • Assisting with difficult diagnostic cases and supporting fellow technicians
  • Communicating repair recommendations and vehicle conditions with Service Advisors
  • Maintaining high productivity while delivering exceptional workmanship
  • Participating in ongoing GM manufacturer training and certification programs
  • Staying current on technical service bulletins and emerging vehicle technologies
  • Maintaining a safe, organized, and professional work environment
Qualifications
Required
  • Current or previous GM Master Technician Certification
  • 5+ years of professional automotive technician experience
  • Strong diagnostic, drivability, and electrical troubleshooting skills
  • Proven ability to efficiently produce high-quality flat-rate hours
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Commitment to quality repairs and customer satisfaction
Preferred
  • ASE Certifications
  • Leadership or mentoring experience
  • Extensive experience with advanced diagnostics and module programming
