Rockstar is on the lookout for a talented and passionate Senior Workplace Manager. The ideal candidate will provide key management of the studio's day-to-day operation and facilities services.
This is a full-time, in-office position based out of Rockstar's development studio in Andover, MA.
WHAT WE DO
  • The Rockstar Workplace Services Team is responsible for ensuring the workplace, building, facilities, and services work harmoniously together to support the core business.
  • We foster a creative, supportive, and safe working environment for the staff at Rockstar.
  • We manage and develop a variety of programs and services, including space management, building maintenance, security, cleaning, and project management.
  • We ensure the site complies with all relevant regulations and legislation.
  • We partner with senior leadership to drive efficient practices, sound operational plans, and to standardize the development of programs and services across global regions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage the day-to-day office operations including coordinating repairs and maintenance, food/beverage program, janitorial services, physical security, and space management.
  • Oversee vendor relationships and procurement, including sourcing, contracts, RFPs, purchase orders, invoicing, and service performance.
  • Ensure lease obligations are met and building-related issues are addressed effectively.
  • Oversee workplace budgets, ensuring management of operational and capital expenditures.
  • Utilize the internal ticketing system to prioritize requests, coordinate services, and deliver timely resolutions.
  • Mentor and develop Workplace team members while fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety, fire, sustainability, and all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead workplace projects and regional initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with global standards, on-time delivery, and effective stakeholder communication.
REQUIREMENTS
  • 5+ years of experience in real estate, workplace services, and/or facility management within a corporate office setting.
  • 3+ years of experience leading and developing teams through coaching, communication, performance management, and conflict resolution.
  • An understanding of facility systems (HVAC, lighting, electrical, plumbing) and ability to communicate with trades to assess needs and troubleshoot issues.
  • Experience using work order ticketing systems, project management tools, financial and space management software (such as BMS, Lenel, ServiceNow, Monday.com, OfficeSpace, and Microsoft 365).
  • Familiarity with architectural drawings and construction documentation.
  • Experience managing budgets and financial planning for operational expenses.
  • Strong strategic thinking, planning and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop long-term operational strategies, manage competing priorities, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and share best practices.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and flexibility to work outside of regular business hours as needed.
PLUSES

The pay range for this position in Andover, Massachusetts at the start of employment is expected to be between the range below* per year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations.
Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
