Your main challenge will be to re-architect our website experience to serve multiple global audiences with a complex and diverse suite of products and communication channels.
As a key partner to the VP of Marketing, you will not just support, but drive high-impact initiatives across product launches, brand transitions, and inbound strategy. We need a leader who can take a brief, translate it into a clear action plan, and manage complex, cross-functional projects from start to finish. You will grow a team of 3-4 direct reports to keep the demand engine humming and ensure all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
What You'll Do
Website & UX Strategy
  • Own and execute a roadmap to re-architect our global website, creating a cohesive user experience for different buyer personas and regional needs.

  • Solve for the complexity of our go-to-market funnel, where offerings, channels, and products differ across global markets.

  • Collaborate with the Web and Growth teams on internal linking, navigation improvements, and persona-based user journeys

  • Support the VP of Marketing with inbound and SEO-related tasks using research, AI tools, and structured analysis.

  • Provide QC and final pass for all non-editorial website page updates.

Go-to-Market & Launch Support
  • Support GTM strategy for new market launches, features, and product updates, working closely with PMM.

  • Help build launch briefs, timelines, messaging alignment documents, and cross-team updates.

  • Assist with cross-sell campaign planning across products and regions.

  • Provide hands-on coordination for complex projects like website migrations, existing customer migration, product white labeling

Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Schedule, organize, and manage communication between Sales, Regions, Product, PMM, Web, and Growth.

  • Prepare clear update summaries, action logs, and decision notes that keep projects moving.

  • Act as a dependable operator who ensures nothing falls through the cracks.

REQUIREMENTS
    • 4 - 7 years in a strategic marketing role, with demonstrated experience in global web strategy, web architecture, or digital GTM for a company with a complex product suite.
    • Proven experience working with a diverse set of offerings across multiple global markets.
    • A self-sufficient operator who thrives in a small team environment and can handle hands-on execution.
    • Strong problem-solver with excellent communication and an ability to turn high-level strategy into clear next steps.
    • Expertise in navigating ambiguity and a flexible mindset to jump between priorities, knowing that milestones aren't always clearly defined.
    • Strong sense of ownership - you get things done.
    • Ability to use AI tools to accelerate research, auditing, writing, and task execution.
