Job description

ShipMonk isn't just a 3PL — we're the tech-powered growth partner for ecommerce brands, running 12+ owned fulfillment centers across the US, Canada, the UK, and Europe so our merchants can stress less and grow more.

About the Role: Own the Journey. Lead the Charge.

We're looking for a sharp, organized, and relationship-driven Implementation Manager, Enterprise to quarterback the onboarding experience for our most complex and high-value merchant accounts. You won't be writing code or configuring systems — but you will be the engine behind every moving part, ensuring that internal teams (Tech Solutions, Launch Ops, and more) are aligned, coordinated, and delivering flawlessly.

If you're obsessed with planning, love herding cross-functional cats, and can manage enterprise timelines with style and grace — then you're our kind of people.

What You'll Be Rocking Every Day

???? Lead the Enterprise Launch Plan

  • Be the primary driver for complex merchant onboarding projects from contract to go-live.
  • Run kickoff sessions, align on goals, gather operational/technical requirements, and launch personalized project plans.

???? Align the Internal Crew

  • Serve as the internal project manager for Tech, Launch, Product, and Ops — you make sure everyone knows the plan and plays their part.
  • Coordinate all internal syncs, action trackers, milestones, and timelines — and bring that high-touch accountability to every call.

???? Be the Merchant's Guide (Without Doing Their Tech Work)

  • Translate complex requirements into bite-sized execution steps for our internal teams.
  • Lead merchant check-ins, educate clients on process and timelines, and make sure expectations are managed every step of the way.

???? Crush the Go-Live & Handoff

  • Orchestrate a smooth transition into post-onboarding care with our Merchant Success and CX teams.
  • Ensure that post-launch support is stabilized, documented, and teed up for long-term success.

???? Make Our Systems Smarter

  • Identify process improvements, elevate risks before they become fires, and help build the ultimate onboarding playbook for enterprise brands.
What Makes You a Great Fit

✔️ You're a Project Ninja
You love a clean Gantt chart and don't flinch at a 10-person cross-department meeting. You've done this before — preferably in a 3PL, SaaS, or eCom ops environment.

✔️ You Know Enough Tech to Translate
You understand how integrations, APIs, and ERPs work (no need to build them) — you just know how to keep timelines moving and blockers cleared.

✔️ You Get Enterprise
Multiple warehouses? Complex routing guides? B2B retail compliance? Love it. You've seen the complexity and know how to navigate the nuance.

✔️ You're a People Person with a Plan
Clear communicator, timeline keeper, risk manager, meeting facilitator — and you make it look easy.

What You Bring to the Table
  • 4–6 years in project management, onboarding, or client implementations
  • 3PL, logistics, eCommerce, or SaaS background a big bonus
  • Experience leading enterprise clients through complex rollouts
  • PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar cert? Sweet.
  • Strong Google Suite + project management tool experience (Smartsheet, Asana, etc.)
  • Bonus points for bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Must be able to work PST hours
Perks That Pack a Punch

???? Competitive Salary + Bonus
????️ Paid Time Off + Paid Holidays
???? Health, Dental, Vision + 401k with Match
????️‍♂️ Company Events, Wellness Programs & More
???? HQ in Fort Lauderdale + Global Fulfillment Network
???? Inclusive, Growth-Oriented Culture
