Job description

Job Summary:
MillerKnoll is committed to design for the good of humankind and is seeking a Global Security Risk and Threat Analyst to monitor and maintain security systems protecting company property and coworkers. The role involves responding to security incidents, utilizing technical tools, and providing customer service in a critical environment.
Responsibilities:
• Monitor, respond to, and maintain the security systems used to protect company property and coworkers.
• Monitor paid, open, and social intelligence feeds for security incidents and disasters with the potential to create business disruptions globally.
• Communicate risks using internal tools.
• Collaborate effectively with others and make independent decisions while referring to internal process documents.
Qualifications:
Required:
• You have a high school education or equivalent (GED)
• You have Military or Law Enforcement experience
• If you have previous security experience, previous GSOC or Intelligence Analyst experience
• You have a state license, if required
• You’re able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• You have the proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
• You’ve demonstrated the ability to detect urgency levels and make effective decisions under pressure
• You’re able to multi-task under pressure
• You have experience in critically evaluating situations, applying strong problem-solving techniques, and making sound decisions
• You can utilize procedural documents and provided tools to work independently with little direct supervision
• You have strong attention to detail, good written and oral communication skills – able to collaborate with peers and management, as well as interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• You’re proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• You have experience with data entry / analysis
• You can be flexible with your schedule, able to accommodate varying shifts, weekends, and holidays and be on-call for critical incidents at all times
Preferred:
• bachelor’s degree or continuing education
• Military or Law Enforcement experience
