Job description

The Community Security Initiative (CSI) is seeking a Forward Deployed Intelligence Analyst based in the Greater Atlanta area to join our growing National Threat Intelligence Network.

This unique role will serve as the primary intelligence resource for Jewish communities throughout the Southeast, conducting threat monitoring, intelligence analysis, and real-time assessments focused on protecting Jewish institutions, leaders, and events. The position combines open-source intelligence (OSINT), threat investigations, strategic analysis, and close collaboration with law enforcement and security partners.


If you have experience in intelligence, investigations, homeland security, law enforcement, or related fields and are passionate about protecting communities from emerging threats, we encourage you to apply. Qualifications and Experience:


• Bachelor’s degree in Intelligence Studies, Security Studies, Political Science, International Relations, Homeland Security, or equivalent military/law-enforcement/professional intelligence training.

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in intelligence research, analysis, or investigations.

• Strong familiarity with OSINT collection and analysis, including monitoring on both major and niche digital platforms.

• Demonstrated understanding of extremist movements, antisemitism, and domestic and transnational threat actors.

• Skilled in data collection, triage, and threat assessment leading to actionable reports or operational support.

• Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to accuracy and timeliness.

• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, concise assessments.

• Experience using investigative and risk-management platforms strongly desired.

• Ability to work independently and under pressure in fast-moving, time-sensitive environments.

• Dependable team player with professionalism, enthusiasm, and strong ethical judgment.
