Prosegur is searching for hard-working, motivated, and dedicated individuals to add to our growing team! Our Security Operations Center is run by a dedicated team of Loss Prevention Analysts that are responsible for remotely monitoring multiple retail locations to enhance the safety and security of the store and reduce theft and fraud loss.
The mission of the Global Risk Services (GRS) Virtual Global Security Operations Center (vSOC) is to provide a centralized monitoring center to coordinate our client's response to crisis, emergencies and security situations while minimizing the impact on their enterprise and personnel. The GRS vSOC is comprised of a dynamic team that operates as a multifunctional single source of security solutions for our clients as we facilitate rapid contact, situational awareness, reporting, and response. The GRS vSOC coordinates risk operations around the world for all GRS clients to include protective services, international assistance, trusted transportation, and more. Additionally, we provide static and dynamic asset monitoring and intelligence services for a myriad of client types. The vSOC fuses intelligence analysis with our operations to generate proactive risk mitigation. The center operates on a 24/7 schedule globally, while also coordinating regional and localized support functions across the enterprise.
Role responsibilities
This role is dedicated to a single exciting multinational company client. The main responsibility of the Risk Analyst is threat intelligence risk escalation, travel monitoring, alarm response, security hotline response, and the development of more specialized intel products over time - all to anticipate and mitigate potential risks. This is an in-person role embedded within the wider vSOC team that will also entail coordinating and collaborating with the client's internal dedicated security team.
Shift: Weekdays: Morning, (1st) shift (M-F 7am - 3pm)
Pay Rate: $25.00
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements
  • Demonstrates strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to utilize multiple intelligence, incident management, video management and dispatch systems.
  • Excellent time management, project management, oral communication, technical writing, presentation development, facilitation, and organizational skills required.
  • Can effectively communicate and interact with all levels of management.
  • Must be flexible and possess the ability to function independently in stressful situations and multi-task in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Knowledge of security procedures, life safety, and business continuity.
  • Maintain situational awareness and collecting and analyzing information to ensure the safety and security of our client's assets and operations.
  • Issue timely alerts to stay ahead of emerging threats impacting clients.
  • Coordinate and dispatch risk operations resources to meet clients' needs.
  • Provide threat monitoring support around client travel, events and operations, escalating incidents as appropriate.
