Could you be the full-time onsite CARP Project Coordinator in Newark, NJ we're looking for?
Your future role
The Project Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and tracking of rail projects at the Newark (EWR) site. This role ensures coordination between project teams, operations, engineering, suppliers, and customers.
We'll look to you for:
• Assisting Project Managers with project schedules, milestones, and deliverables
• Coordinating project activities across maintenance, engineering, procurement, and operations teams
• Tracking project progress using standard project management tools
• Maintaining project documentation including reports, logs, and registers
• Preparing weekly and monthly status reports
• Coordinating meetings and track action items
• Monitoring project budgets and support cost control activities
• Supporting invoicing processes including tracking billable work, preparing invoice documentation, and coordinating with finance and clients for timely billing and payment
• Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Supporting on-site logistics and operational coordination
