We're looking for a Global Partner Program Manager to join Procore's Partner Strategy & Ops Organization. In this role, you'll design, optimize, and govern our global partner ecosystem architecture, spanning segmentation, economic modeling, and incentive strategy. Your primary goal will be to build a scalable, profitable, and competitive partner framework that drives measurable business value for both Procore and our partners.
As a Global Partner Program Manager, you'll partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, RevOps, Enablement, and Marketing to establish partner tiering, structure discount models, and align cross-functional governance. Use your financial acumen, analytical expertise, and strategic vision to optimize partner profitability, drive ecosystem growth, and deliver high-impact program refreshes. Join a dynamic team building the foundation of Procore's global channel engine-apply today!
This position reports into the VP of Channel Partners and can be based remotely in the US, with Austin, TX preferred. We're looking for someone to join us immediately.
What you'll do:
  • Define partner segmentation and build comprehensive tiering frameworks, establishing clear requirements, criteria, and benefits across all partner types.
  • Structure partner discount models by type and tier, conducting continuous profitability modeling and cost-to-serve analysis.
  • Design and implement partner-facing incentives alongside internal sales representative compensation models to maximize ecosystem ROI.
  • Manage MDF and incentive budgets, accurately forecasting program costs and analyzing acquisition economics across partner channels.
  • Establish and govern global program terms, policies, and operational guidelines to maintain consistency and compliance.
  • Lead comprehensive annual program refreshes and drive cross-functional change management initiatives across the global organization.
  • Conduct competitive program benchmarking to ensure Procore maintains a highly attractive, market-leading partner proposition.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Operations and Finance to maintain program metrics, reporting, and dashboard tracking via Salesforce and PRM platforms.

What we're looking for:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical work experience.
  • 6+ years of experience in partner program design, channel strategy, or partner operations within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Deep financial acumen with hands-on experience in partner profitability modeling, CAC analysis, and MDF budget sizing.
  • Strong technical and analytical proficiency with SQL, Python, Tableau, Salesforce, and PRM platforms.
  • Proven track record of designing partner tiering architectures, discount structures, and internal/external incentive models.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead corporate governance, program policy enforcement, and cross-functional change management.
  • Excellent cross-functional leadership skills with a proven track record of influencing partners across Sales, Finance, Legal, RevOps, and Marketing.
  • Builder mentality with a data-driven approach, strong commercial acumen, and a growth mindset.
